Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the complete air export process, from booking to final delivery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
- Communicate with customers and partners to understand their shipment needs and provide timely updates throughout the process.
- Arrange bookings with airlines and secure appropriate cargo space for air export shipments.
- Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
- Liaise with customs authorities and ensure all customs clearance procedures are completed accurately and promptly.
- Organize and track shipments, handling any issues or delays proactively to prevent disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges and provide seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices related to airfreight operations.
Role Requirement's
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in air export operations within the logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of airfreight procedures, export regulations, and customs clearance processes.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems and related software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to address operational challenges.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
