Currently, we are looking for a R&D Project Leader to be part of our global team working together towards our mission – to bring meaningful moments to people in connected public spaces. As an R&D Project Leader, you will be responsible of photometrical buildings blocks project and its integration inside a luminaire. You will report to the Electronic & Lighting Manager of the R&D department.What you will do :
- Define project goals, deliverables and timelines ensuring that they align with the overall business objectives
- Conduct feasibility studies, research and analysis to identify innovative solutions and technologies in the field of the photometry
- Design and development of new photometry solution adapted to the market in close collaboration with the marketing department
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including electronics, software, mechanics and quality to ensure seamless integration and successful project execution
- Provide technical support & guidance to internal & external team to ensure a collaborative work environment
- Manage timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the budget
- Manage tests procedures and reports
- Communicate project progress
- Maintain documentation

Skills Requested
- Bachelor or Master degree in Applied Sciences or Sciences or Engineering (Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Physics , Industrial Designer)
- Autonomous , Rigorous, Creative, Communicant, Team spirit
- Knowledge in optics/photometry & LED technology is a plus.
- A first experience in CAO (Solidworks environment) / mechanics abilities is a plus
- Language : English (B2 Min), French
