You will join the “Letting & Sales Brussels Office” team and help market and sell offices, buildings and developments. You will build professional and trusting relationships with your clients. You will look for asset and deal opportunities and get support from your team and the Director. You will also analyse and advise on real estate topics. You will work with the research, investment and valuation departments. You will help landlords let or sell properties. You will help companies with real estate strategiesYour profile
You are proactive, dynamic, friendly and interested in real estate. You have good commercial and organizational skills, a university degree or equivalent experience, excellent computer skills (Ms Office), an entrepreneurial spirit, a team player attitude and a self-leading ability to close real estate deals.
