Role Overview:
As a Remote Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a positive and engaged online community. Your primary responsibility will be to create, curate, and manage engaging content, facilitate discussions, and interact with our community members across various online platforms. You will have the opportunity to work independently in a fully remote setting with flexible hours, making it an ideal position for someone who is self-motivated and values work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a community engagement strategy to foster a sense of belonging and drive meaningful interactions within the community.
- Create and curate relevant and engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and other media, to maintain an active and lively community.
- Monitor discussions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and helpful manner, while maintaining a positive and respectful tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, feedback, and ideas from the community to inform product improvements and business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and relatable content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms good practics and algorithms (InstaGram, Facebook and Twitter/X mostly)
- An interest in the fashion industry and a genuine interest in connecting with and supporting community members.
