Your team and your responsibilities:

Our Mission is to support the Toyota transformation into a mobility company, in the key areas of Culture, Engagement and Talent.

Within Talent acquisition, where we are enhancing Toyota’s employer branding, and strengthening our genuine diversity mindset into both our internal policies and our internal or external recruitment.

Within this position, all operational recruitment activities are outsourced. This position is perfect for someone who likes to gain experience on the process side of talent acquisition and is driven to support in the organisation of events.

Your project

• Support in the coordination and organisation of internal and external events (create leaflets & presentation, order goodies, ….)
• Map relevant universities & alumni groups and collect their needs
• Set-up a new Sharepoint structure and transfer all relevant information after investigation
• Analyse processes and drafting policies with regards to recruitment
• Conduct market research & investigate partnerships
• Create templates used in candidate journeys

Your Profile:

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language), Dutch is a plus
• Copywriting in English is part of your comfort zone
• Recruitment and candidate experiences are topics you like to explore more in depth
• You have a talent for organising and an eye for detail
• Working in a team and being eager to finish your own projects energizes you
• You are facts and data minded
• Bachelor/Master student

Starting date: ASAP

Duration: maximum 6 months / fulltime internship

Confidentiality

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
