Within Talent acquisition, where we are enhancing Toyota’s employer branding, and strengthening our genuine diversity mindset into both our internal policies and our internal or external recruitment.
Within this position, all operational recruitment activities are outsourced. This position is perfect for someone who likes to gain experience on the process side of talent acquisition and is driven to support in the organisation of events.
Your project
- Support in the coordination and organisation of internal and external events (create leaflets & presentation, order goodies, ….)
- Map relevant universities & alumni groups and collect their needs
- Set-up a new Sharepoint structure and transfer all relevant information after investigation
- Analyse processes and drafting policies with regards to recruitment
- Conduct market research & investigate partnerships
- Create templates used in candidate journeys
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language), Dutch is a plus
- Copywriting in English is part of your comfort zone
- Recruitment and candidate experiences are topics you like to explore more in depth
- You have a talent for organising and an eye for detail
- Working in a team and being eager to finish your own projects energizes you
- You are facts and data minded
