Entry Point North Belgium (EPNB) is a joint venture between EPN and the Belgian Air Navigation Service Provider, skeyes. We are based at Brussels Airport and provide world class training to aspiring and operational Air Traffic Controllers and ATSEPs to both skeyes and external clients.

Job description

As Training Administrator, you will be responsible for administrative routines during course preparation and course delivery.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Be part of a Course Management Team, together with the Course Supervisor and Head of Training.
  • Contact person for students, instructors, external customers, internal departments EPN/EPNB for your assigned course.
  • Responsible for providing the necessary information to students, instructors and logistic/administrative support before, during and after courses.
  • Provide administrative support to the Course Supervisor.
  • Actively involved during the whole course in close cooperation with the Course Supervisor, daily follow up of the courses, take action, responsibility if questions arise.
  • Be able to work in Team and independently, problem solver in case of last-minute changes of the course in close cooperation with your Course Supervisor.
  • Responsible for all administration of the courses before, during and after courses.
  • Pro-actively involved for the preparation and planning of the course with the different departments within the company, taking initiative, coordinate in cooperation with your Course Supervisor.
  • Be involved in different meetings (TA meetings, pre-course meetings,.)
  • Support the delivery of ad hoc tasks whenever needed.

Your background

To be relevant for this role, we see that the following is required:

  • Completed secondary school education
  • Some years of working experience of various roles
  • Some years of experience related to roles as administrative and management assistant
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and writing)

As a person, you should enjoy working with others and have very strong communication skills. Following instructions and procedures is key for the role as is adapting and responding to change. Furthermore, planning and organizing is one of your core skill sets and you have a proven track record in delivering results and meeting customer expectations. You cope well with pressures and setbacks.

Security Screening
