Lead a customer service team B2B, sized 10-15 pax.- You coach your team members, guide and ensure optimal use of their capacities.
- You monitor their performance and guide them in their personal development.
- To increase the efficiency and quality of the service within CS, you are involved in the development of (new) activities and you are responsible for organizing and managing projects.
- You coordinate the handling of questions (customers) and finding solutions; tracking and tracing of shipments, management of claims and complaints, …
- You identify trends and discuss them with your manager.
- You mediate for and future employees in operational or commercial customer issues and escalations.
Your profile
- Experience as a manager and in a commercial or customer service environment is required
- Coaching mindset, motivational leader with an emphasis on people management
- Trilingual, NL, FR, ENG
- Stress resistant, decisive and communicative
- Talent for planning, organization and analysis
