Job Description


We are currently looking for a Service Desk Agent for our offices in Brussels.

Your main duties will be:

  • User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems / ICT tools
  • Follow-up of incidents related to information systems and organisation of the reporting.
  • Follow-up of user requests.
  • Follow-up of bug reports.
  • Document knowledge, known issues and transfer this knowledge to colleagues.
  • Categorize and prioritize incoming tickets correctly and escalate where needed

Qualifications


If you have

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in telecom operations.

  • Familiarity with the use of a ticketing system

  • Experience with ITIL foundations and best practices

  • Familiarity with Configuration Management Database tools and processes

  • Knowledge of IP telephony, TV Distribution, and Videoconference working
    environments

  • Knowledge of modern communication tools such as Instant Messaging, Skype, etc

  • Service minded attitude

  • Attention to detail

  • Customer-friendly, diplomatic attitude

  • Responsibility and accountability

  • Trustworthy

  • Excellent knowledge of French and/or English (in speaking/reading/writing)

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
