HR Project Manager [Belgium]


 

We are looking for an HR project manager to create new processes and implement tools that will support key stakeholders (HR personnel, team leaders, and employees).

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify key stakeholders and assess the impact of the change
  • Develop a plan to address their needs
  • Define a measurement approach, track progress, and make adjustments accordingly
  • Create a compelling change story with the involvement of key stakeholders
  • Develop a communication plan and create necessary materials
  • Collaborate with key ambassadors to generate buy-in
  • Organize information sessions, webinars, and other communication interventions
  • Establish learning actions and initiatives
  • Develop necessary learning tools

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Learning & Development, Communication, or Change expert in a large organization

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes
  • Change management methodologies
  • Knowledge of learning design and digital learning
  • Excellent digital skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Effective in managing ambiguity and conflict
  • Independent and proactive

Languages:

English + one local language (French or Dutch)
