We are looking for an HR project manager to create new processes and implement tools that will support key stakeholders (HR personnel, team leaders, and employees).
Key responsibilities:
- Identify key stakeholders and assess the impact of the change
- Develop a plan to address their needs
- Define a measurement approach, track progress, and make adjustments accordingly
- Create a compelling change story with the involvement of key stakeholders
- Develop a communication plan and create necessary materials
- Collaborate with key ambassadors to generate buy-in
- Organize information sessions, webinars, and other communication interventions
- Establish learning actions and initiatives
- Develop necessary learning tools
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Learning & Development, Communication, or Change expert in a large organization
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes
- Change management methodologies
- Knowledge of learning design and digital learning
- Excellent digital skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Effective in managing ambiguity and conflict
- Independent and proactive
Languages:
English + one local language (French or Dutch)
