FUNCTION: ANALYST - DATA REVIEWER - Quality Control
Reporting to the Supervisor QC
PURPOSE:
As a Data Reviewer for the Quality Control laboratory, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks interspersed with a variety of challenges. All of this is done in accordance with applicable cGMP and safety regulations, guidelines and instructions obtained. The aim is to verify the accuracy and completeness of results, in order to deliver samples within pre-defined timeframes and quality requirements.

Main responsibilities:1. You will note, discuss and consult instructions, guidelines and priorities with your supervisor. You carry out practical preparations so that you have a clear view of the work to be done:
- You learn where the priorities are and respect them;
- You discuss planning and priorities with your supervisor;
2. You ensure correct and accurate documentation during the execution of the work, in accordance with GMP procedures:
- You are responsible for reviewing all relevant documents independently;
- You ensure that any anomalies are corrected and follow up on them;
- You archive all documentation relating to the tasks to be carried out;
4. You guarantee the quality and safety of the work carried out and comply with all applicable legislation, standards and rules relating to the environment, safety and quality:
- You ensure that you are sufficiently qualified to carry out the tasks and that you can do your job safely;
- You apply the policy for the well-being of employees and the environment.
5. You are co-responsible for continuous improvement, identify risks in your own working environment and actively contribute to improvement:
- You make proposals for improvements to the way the department operates.
PROFILE:
- You preferably have a degree in laboratory techniques, biochemistry, (micro)biology,... or equivalent thanks to relevant experience ;
- You preferably have experience in an equivalent position in the industrial sector (the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage);
- You have knowledge of MS Office software; knowledge of SAP or MasterControl would be an asset;
- You are fluent in technical English; knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage.
- You are very meticulous and quality-conscious, and you can work independently;
- You are communicative and enjoy working together.
